Our primary school is designed to build strong relationships and deep understanding in each child. Class teachers work closely with families, creating a supportive, child-centred environment.
Each day begins with a focused Main Lesson, where one subject is explored in depth over several weeks. This immersive approach allows children to fully engage with topics through creative, interdisciplinary learning, including music, storytelling, drama, and art.
The curriculum includes Mathematics, Geography, English Literature, Astronomy, History, Science, and the Humanities, alongside specialist subjects such as languages, Eurythmy, Music, technical skills, Sport, Handwork, and Woodwork.
Academic skills in literacy and numeracy are developed steadily through rhythm, practice, and ongoing assessment. Creativity is central to learning, with children expressing understanding through drawing, painting, and other artistic activities - nurturing curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
